Please note the following:
- Besserat Conference 2025 “Bridging the Gap” will open the campground on Monday, July 21 at 1:00pm ET, please do not arrive earlier than that.
- After Monday, please arrive at the campground between 6 am and 12 pm.
- The campground rules and regulations strictly prohibits the use of any kind of alcoholic beverages, tobacco and illegal drugs.
- Rooms will have beds and mattresses provided.
- All adults (18+) will pay the amount stipulated on the pricing table (see below), when you register at the Campground. Family prices below are for parents and any children that are under 18 years old.
Please bring:
- Bed covers
- Pillows (and pillow covers)
- Personal hygiene items
- Towels
- Slippers
Transportation from Indianapolis Bus/Train Stations or Airport
All BES family members and guests who travel by train, bus, or plane can be picked up and dropped off at these locations and during these times:
